Large feed factory main high-voltage power incoming uses KYN28A-12 cabinet; workshop fixed equipment adopts GGD cabinet, multi-group extruder, granulator, conveyor motor centrally controlled by MNS/GCS draw-out cabinet; reactive power compensation cabinet solves reactive loss from frequent start-stop of granulation equipment.
2.High-power equipment energy-saving drive
Large extruder main motor uses high voltage soft starter cabinet for smooth startup to protect gear and barrel; feeding conveyor and adjustable granulation host match HV VFD cabinet to adjust feeding speed based on downstream processing load.
3.PLC precision batching + full-line interlock control
PLC receives weight sensor data of each raw material bin, automatically open/close feeding valve to realize precise proportion batching, strictly follow preset feed formula and avoid human error; whole production line from batching, extruding, granulating to packaging sets sequential interlock protection, downstream shutdown automatically stop upstream feeding to prevent raw material blocking equipment; DCS optional for large feed group factory for multi-production-line unified monitoring and production report automatic generation.
