1.Hierarchical Power Distribution Allocation

Main heating boiler high-voltage power access via KYN28A-12 cabinet; heat exchange station internal equipment uses GGD fixed cabinet for fixed loads, MNS/GCS drawer cabinet for multi-group circulating pump centralized control; reactive compensation cabinet eliminates reactive loss from frequent pump startup and stop.

2.Motor energy-saving drive matching

Big high-pressure circulating pump adopts high voltage soft starter cabinet to reduce startup impact on boiler pipeline and grid; secondary network circulating pump uses HV VFD cabinet, automatically adjusting pump speed according to outdoor ambient temperature and user-side real-time heat demand.

3.PLC intelligent closed-loop control + optional DCS cluster management

PLC collects outdoor temperature, pipeline inlet/outlet temperature, pipe network pressure and user terminal flow data to form closed-loop automatic regulation system; when outdoor temperature drops, the system automatically increases pump rotating speed to improve hot water circulation, reducing insufficient heating complaints; DCS is selected for multiple community centralized heating parks to realize remote unified management of all heat stations.

4.Remote cloud management access

System data upload cloud platform, property and municipal managers remotely view running status, modify operation parameters and receive equipment fault notification anytime.
