1.Complete High & Low Voltage Power Distribution Construction

⑴High voltage incoming & main power distribution: KYN28A-12 12kV withdrawable high voltage cabinet for plant main transformer and large sludge dewatering machine power supply;

⑵Low voltage fixed load: GGD cabinet for dosing system, workshop lighting, auxiliary equipment fixed power distribution;

⑶Motor centralized control: MNS/GCS draw-out cabinet for water intake pump, dosing agitator, backwash pump;

⑷Energy saving optimization: Reactive power compensation cabinet automatically compensates reactive power for whole plant fluctuating load, optimize power factor to save monthly electricity expense.

2.High-power load drive configuration

Large intake pump, sludge dehydration host equip high voltage soft starter cabinet for gentle startup; variable flow backwash pump and circulating pump adopt HV VFD cabinet to adjust speed based on water tank liquid level, avoid unnecessary energy waste.

3.PLC + DCS full-process interlock control core

PLC connects all process sensors (PH, turbidity, liquid level, flow meter), realizes automatic raw water inflow control, automatic chemical dosing linkage, filter tank backwash timing control and sludge dewatering interlock stop protection when abnormal parameter appears; DCS system gathers all workshop data into central control room, operators monitor whole water production flow on one screen, automatically record daily water yield, chemical consumption and equipment failure logs.
