1.Full set power distribution layout

Long-distance large-capacity belt conveyor high-voltage motor powered by KYN28A-12 cabinet; intermediate transfer equipment, auxiliary machinery adopt GGD fixed cabinet and MNS/GCS drawer cabinet; reactive power compensation cabinet improves power factor for periodic variable load of conveying line.

2.Motor startup & speed regulation optimization

High-power main conveyor motor installs high voltage soft starter cabinet to limit startup current and avoid belt instant tension damage; variable load feeding conveyor matches HV VFD cabinet to adjust running speed according to downstream material stock quantity.

3.PLC full-line sequential interlock & multi-protection logic

PLC connects deviation switch, blockage sensor, emergency stop button of each conveyor section, sets forward sequential startup and reverse sequential shutdown logic: downstream equipment starts first then upstream feeding machine; any position blockage or belt deviation triggers automatic upstream shutdown to avoid bulk material stacking; DCS is available for mine long-distance multi-kilometer conveying cluster line for central control room unified monitoring.
