Unattended pump station automation with full HV/LV cabinet set + PLC cloud remote control + HV VFD/soft starter, cut labor cost and reduce pump energy consumption significantly.
The problem we need to solve
High daily manual patrol cost, pump fixed-speed operation causing massive power waste, sudden pump failure without early warning leading to water supply interruption, difficult centralized management for scattered multiple pump stations.
How Our System Solve Problems Step by Step?
1.Power Distribution System Matching
High-power main pumps access power via KYN28A-12 HV cabinet; auxiliary pumps, dosing equipment and lighting system use GGD fixed cabinet, MNS/GCS draw-out low voltage cabinet; reactive power compensation cabinet dynamically compensates reactive power for frequently started pump motors to avoid utility penalty for low power factor.
2.Motor Speed & Startup Optimization
Large HV pumps match high voltage soft starter cabinet to limit startup current and protect pump body and pipeline from water hammer damage; variable-flow working pumps adopt HV VFD cabinet to adjust speed according to real-time water level and pipeline pressure, avoiding idle running of fixed-speed pumps.
3.PLC Cloud Remote + Local Interlock Control
PLC collects pool water level, outlet pressure, pipeline flow and motor running parameters, automatically switching standby pump when main pump breaks down; all data upload to cloud platform, managers check data, modify operating parameters and receive fault push alerts via mobile APP or PC anywhere. DCS option available for large-scale cluster pump stations for unified centralized management.
4.Onsite Transformation & Debugging
Suitable for new pump station construction and old pump house electrical upgrading, we provide customized cabinet layout, field installation guidance and long-distance remote after-sale support.
Application & Benefits
Application: Municipal sewage station, raw water pumping station, farmland irrigation station, industrial wastewater lift station.
Benefits: Cut over 70% daily on-site patrol manpower, 20%~35% pump power consumption, minimize unexpected shutdown loss, centralized digital management for distributed pump rooms.
