1.Power Distribution Layout
We configure KYN28A-12 12kV high voltage switchgear for incoming high-voltage power of air compressors and large blowers; equip GGD fixed low-voltage cabinets, MNS/GCS draw-out distribution cabinets and reactive power compensation cabinets for auxiliary equipment power supply. The reactive compensation panel automatically tracks load fluctuation to improve power factor and cut invalid power consumption caused by frequent compressor startup/shutdown.
2.Drive Control Configuration
Heavy-load air compressors adopt our high voltage soft starter cabinet for smooth motor startup to eliminate huge inrush current impacting factory grid; variable-load blowers are fitted with HV VFD high voltage frequency conversion cabinet to adjust rotating speed in real time based on actual oxygen output demand.
3.Automatic Control Logic (PLC+DCS Core)
PLC collects real-time data of adsorption tower pressure, temperature, air intake flow and oxygen purity, automatically switching valve groups for adsorption & desorption cycles without manual intervention; DCS system centralizes all operating data on the central control room screen, realizing real-time parameter modification, abnormal fault alert and historical data storage.
