Our hydrostatic liquid level sensors adopt high-performance pressure sensing technology to convert liquid level height into standard industrial electrical signals based on the static pressure measurement principle.     Equipped with premium diffused silicon or ceramic sensing elements, paired with built-in digital temperature compensation and linear correction circuits, the sensor achieves high measurement accuracy and minimal zero drift. It maintains consistent performance during long-term continuous operation, capturing subtle level changes to support precise process control.

    Available in various mounting types including submersible type, rod type, flange type and thread type to fit different scenarios. The submersible version comes with a waterproof cable for open pools and deep wells, while the flange type is ideal for sealed pressure tanks and corrosive media, fully adapting to diverse industrial level measurement demands.

    All wetted parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel (PTFE lined for highly corrosive media optional), with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The sensing probe reaches IP68 waterproof rating and the junction housing reaches IP65, enabling reliable long-term operation in sewage, outdoor, humid and harsh industrial environments.

    Supports multiple standard output signals including 4-20mA analog and RS485 digital (Modbus RTU protocol), with optional HART protocol for intelligent remote configuration and calibration. Standardized process connections enable quick installation — the submersible type can be directly lowered into liquid without complex construction, greatly reducing on-site installation and maintenance workload.
